Question: does the autonomic nervous system work (i.e. does it use mechanisms which behave like) financial-markets?

Motivation: the observation from intention is enough to trigger reflex that reflexes can respond not just to perception, but to intent
- Like how financial markets do a lot of prediction in order to be faster to respond
  - Things are priced into the market before they actually happen!
